Winona is Mrs. Cauldron's niece. In her first appearance, she had a crush on Jon Arbuckle; she later had one on Doc Boy. She later became a teacher at Witch School.

Winona has got blonde hair, blue eyes, a round nose and roundish ears with skull earrings.

She wears a purple sleeve and dark purple long trousers. She also wears dark purple headbands in the real world while in the witch world she wears a witch hat.
Personality
Winona is obsessed with her crushes and will do anything to marry them, even if it means kidnapping them, but aside from that she is also cute, friendly, and protective to the witch world as seen in the episode Bewitched when she helps Garfield, Odie, and Abigail stop Vacirella from using the Forbidden Moon Spell. As the oldest niece of Mrs. Cauldron, she acts responsibly and mature when she becomes a teacher, but sometimes she also behaves in a childish way.
