William Emerson Arnett (born May 4, 1970) is a Canadian-American actor, voice actor, comedian and producer, best known for portraying George Oscar "Gob" Bluth II in Arrested Development. He received four Emmy Award nominations for his performance as Devon Banks in 30 Rock.
Arnett has starred as Stranz Van Waldenberg in Blades of Glory, Jonathan Ault in Hot Rod and Vern Fenwick in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films of the 2010s. He has also appeared in the films Southie, Series 7: The Contenders, Monster-in-Law, The Great New Wonderful, RV, When in Rome, Jonah Hex and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping.
Arnett's voiceover roles include The Lone Gunslinger in Ice Age: The Meltdown, Karl Horst in Ratatouille, Vlad Vladikoff in the film adaptation of Horton Hears a Who!, The Missing Link in Monsters vs. Aliens, Ennis Hofftard in the American version of Sit Down, Shut Up, Mr. Perkins in Despicable Me, Pod in The Secret World of Arrietty, Surly in The Nut Job franchise, the title character of BoJack Horseman (which he also executive produced) and Slade in Teen Titans Go! To the Movies. He is the voice of Batman in the Lego Movie franchise.
Arnett was the continuity announcer for Cartoon Network from 2008 to 2010.
