Vacirella is a Mrs. Cauldron's sister and Abigail and Winona's aunt. She's the antagonist in episode Bewitched.
Plot
Vacirella is an evil witch that sealed in the book of spell for 1000 years. Since that day witches are divided into two, good and bad witches. In Bewitched she was sent free by Abigail and take a vengeance on witch world by using forbidden moon spell and turned all the humans into frogs. But her action was stopped by Garfield, Odie, Abigail, and Winona. And finally she was turned into good after her defeat at the end of episode,
