All right, following a recent dispute, I'd like to bring up the matter on how DVDs (and other home video releases) should be handled, and see what others have to say about it.
I came up with the List of Garfield home video releases to deal with all of that- have one page to talk about all the videocassettes, DVDs etc. It could get divided into sub-lists later on if it gets too big, especially for sections worth getting their own page. But as far as I know, there aren't any individual releases that are worth having their own articles. All right folks, let's just be clear on something when adding to the photos on here:
Taking pictures of a computer/TV screen is a bad idea.
Doing so generally results in grainy, off-color, and amateurish picture quality. Is that what you want to represent this Wiki? Do you want lower standards on here?
If you put up such pictures onto an article here, don't be surprised if I take them down (and if I give you a reminder that such practices aren't acceptable here, or should be anywhere, for that matter). If we're going to improve the Garfield Wiki, then we're going to need to cut/improve all the stuff put up that was/is bogging it down.
Remember, taking pictures of a screen for images is unnecessary when you can use image editors for that.… Read more >
