MacNeille is known for providing various voices on animated series such as The Simpsons, Futurama, Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Disney's House of Mouse, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Beethoven (TV Series), Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 Series), Dilbert (TV Series), Hey Arnold!, The Critic, As Told By Ginger, Dave the Barbarian, American Dragon: Jake Long and Fish Hooks.
