Tracy Scoggins (born November 13, 1953) is an American actress. She is known for roles such as Cat Grant from Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Monica Colby from Dynasty, Captain Elizabeth Lochley from Babylon 5, Irene Gorley from Hawaiian Heat, Cassandra from Highlander: The Series, and Grace Neville from Dante's Cove. She was also Anita Smithfield in two Dallas movies.
