Stu is the postman, also sometimes referred to as Mr. Mailman.He appeared in [[The Garfield Show]] episode "mailman blues" as [[Herman Post]]'s replacement while Herman post was on vacation in hawaii. Before Herman Post leaves, he warns stu about [[Garfield]] as he describes him as a monster as garfield tormented him on Tuesday by dragging Herman Post to the backyard, using a skateboard, under some trashcans where garfield tickles him with a feather duster and Garfield tormented him on Wednesday by dragging herman post into the house with the same skateboard and stripped Herman Post of his clothes except his boxer shorts and Garfield wore Herman Post's hat as he deliberatly tosses all the mail into the air. As soon as Herman post leaves, Garfield deliberatly torments Stu by making all the mail come out of the mailbox after Stu keeps putting the mail back. As soon as [[Jon Arbuckle|Jon]] finds out about Garfield's prank, he asks Garfield "what is it about you and mailmen?" to which garfield says he just can't resist a man in uniform as Jon thinks cats are being more obnoxious to mailmen than dogs are. Garfield scares Stu out of his wits When he has [[Squeak]] and his friends carry the mail out of the dog door to Stu and as Stu thinks the mail has been possessed by ghosts, Garfield's prank sends Stu into a panic as Stu runs and hides behind his truck. However, Stu realizes that Herman Post was right about Garfield being a monster after he sees Garfield giving Squeak and his friends several pieces of cheese as a reward for scaring Stu, and the infuriated Stu declares war against Garfield, but Garfield still torments Stu in several ways, including blowing a whistle that attracted "''EVERY'' mailman's worst nightmare: a pack of hyperactive chihuahuas" and the enraged chihuahuas attack Stu and after Stu has lost the war with Garfield, he begs Herman Post's boss to call Herman Post to cut his vacation short. Herman Post agrees on one condition: that his boss puts another hundred in his raise. After that, Stu is finally relieved that he doesn't have to suffer Garfield anymore and rushes out of the post office, overjoyed with insanity as he doesn't "HAVE TO DELIVER TO THAT STREET, ''ESPECIALLY'' THAT HOUSE AGAIN!". He is voiced by Bill Farmer.
