Stinky Davis (voiced by Gregg Berger) is a clown who held a grudge against Binky the Clown. Under the guise of Binky, he went on a crime spree to frame him and to become rich. However, Garfield set things right by showing which one of them would take the opportunity to make a joke.

Stinky was wanted in 12 states and not wanted in all the other ones. Back in his early day, Stinky's been an actual clown himself until he was kicked out of the clown union for making terribly bad balloon animals.
