The Scientist is the head of a program to send the cat Buchanan to space.
Physical Appearance
The scientist has white hair, bushy eyebrows, a large nose, wears glasses and is cross-eyed. He wears a white jacket and shirt, a dark blue tie and dark blue pants and brown shoes.
Personality
The scientist seems obsessed with bringing Buchanan to space. He panics badly when he is locked inside the rocket, and when Buchanan, by mistake, switches the rocket on.
