Sam is a character in the four-part episode, Long Lost Lyman. He only appeared in Part 3 as a flashback character. He was a retired doctor and the original fake Zabadu, who protected the Australian wildlife from hunters and poachers. He finds Lyman, who injured his leg, rescues him, and heals his leg. He and Lyman become fast friends and live together. But unfortunately, Sam eventually passed away, and Lyman took over the new fake Zabadu to continue Sam's goal of protecting the Australian jungle.
Personality[]
Sam was a kind, gentle, and caring man, mostly toward animals and humans, who didn't do any harm to animals. He didn't like any humans who brought harm to the animals and the jungle, thus he dressed up as the Zabadu to scare away those people from the jungle.
