Rusty Mills (December 16, 1962 - December 7, 2012) was an American animator, best known for his work on Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, and their spin-offs.
Early in his career, he animated for An American Tail, Sport Goofy in Soccermania, Pinnochio and the Emperor of the Night, and Happily Ever After. He later worked on Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman, X-Men: Evolution, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, The Replacements, and Pink Panther & Pals.
