Ratzo is a rat who wants to take over the world and is the main antagonist of the four-part episode, "Rodent Rebellion".
Physical appearance[]
Ratzo is a rat with two big front teeth and is taller than his cousin Humphrey, although he is shorter than the other rats.
Personality[]
Ratzo is an evil and devious rat who wants to take over the world, taking pleasure in stealing from innocent humans and using other animals for his own personal benefit. He is very manipulative, seeing as he gaslit Humphrey and Garfield into letting him stay in the house, thus enabling his plot to build his Rodent Rebellion, frame Jon for his crimes, and use the Arbuckle house as his headquarters.
