Raoul (voiced by George Wendt) is the brother of Garfield.
A cat with an eccentric sense of humor, Raoul is generally stated to be in bad health. He is from a different litter than the one that included Garfield. He mostly sleeps in a box. He seems ditzy; when he falls, a noise similar to glass bottles clanking occurs.
