Ralph has a thin build with mostly blue clothing and buck teeth.
Personality[]
He is described as incompetent by his boss, Mr. Mendelberger. Nevertheless, he takes his job as a dogcatcher very seriously. He is also shown to be very gullible, as he believed Garfield was a dog due to his impersonation. He ultimately went insane due to Garfield, Floyd, and a dog impersonating each other.
