Pumpkin Trouble (Original French: Citrouille et trouille) is the sixth episode of Garfield Originals.

Synopsis[]

This shows scenarios revolve around Halloween themes specifically pumpkins.

Plot[]

The first scenario has Garfield bringing in a pumpkin to carve. Garfield grabs a marker and draws the face he was going to carve. When Garfield grabs a knife, the pumpkin screams and runs away and Garfield chases after it.

The second scenario has Garfield taking off the top of a pumkin and calls Odie. Garfield puts the carved pumpkin on his head. When Odie comes, he tries to scare him. Even though he couldn't scare Odie, when Jon approaches, he gets scared unintentionally. Odie gets angry at Garfield and chases him.

The third scenario has Nermal scaring Garfield with a fake spider. Garfield runs off trying to scare Nermal back. He first comes as a ghost. After Nermal laughs, Garfield comes with the pumpkin on his head like from the previous scenario. After Nermal makes fun of Garfield's other costume, Garfield comes with a red marker, colors Nermal's nose, and shows Nermal, scaring him.

The fourth scenario has Garfield planting a pumpkin seed. He starts to water the seed and waits. Odie comes and pees on the spot. The pumpkin then starts to grow really big and a big pumpkin falls on Garfield.

The fifth and final scenario has Garfield planting another pumpkin seed. Nermal comes and watches Garfield sit on it. Nermal repeatedly tries to see the seed grow. Eventually Garfield lets him see it but the plant launches Nermal away. Garfield takes the pumpkin away.

Trivia[]

This is the second time Garfield played with food (in this case, a pumpkin). The first time is À table.
While Garfield does wear the pumpkin as a mask to scare Nermal in it, Scenario 3 is the only one not to revolve around a pumpkin.
