Plato (voiced by Frank Welker) was a rooster who made three appearances on the farm.
Plato first appeared as a rabbit herder to check on his large rabbits (which he refers to as "bunny rabbits"), having previously sent Orson the grammatically incorrect message "The bunny rabbits is coming!"
Plato later made a more prominent appearance in the next episode (and was named) when he became the new rooster of the farm. He proved to be mostly effective, especially with the chickens, easily rivaling Roy. Eventually, Roy admits defeat and decides to leave. However, when the Weasel arrives to steal the chickens, Plato is revealed to be a coward (or at least as far as weasels were concerned), probably an even bigger one than Wade. When Roy manages to save the chickens, he wins them over again, leaving Plato jobless. Wade tries to convince him to come back, since he does not want to go back to being the only coward on the farm.
Physical appearance[]
A brown rooster with a tail composed of three feathers with red tips. He has triple wattles on top of his head.
Personality[]
Plato seems mostly involved in maintaining warm place to live and relationships with females. He tends to treat other farm rooster's duties reluctantly at best, which is shown in "Cock-A-Doodle Duel" when he performs waking up without much effort, or when he openly refuses to save the hens from the weasel, being more afraid of the weasel than Wade.
Trivia[]
- Plato has apparently been named after the Ancient Greek philosopher, who is commonly considered as the creator of the Western philosophy.
