Pigeon is the village sachem of the Ding Dongs.
His manner of speaking is often complicated for others (except the chief) to understand. He also appears to be able to understand volcanoes.
He wears a tank top and loose shorts.
Initially, he talks in a hippie style voice; much later, he talks in a gruffer voice.
