Penelope's mother (voiced by June Foray) is the mother of Penelope Pussycat, who is imagined by Garfield in his dream he has in The Third Penelope Episode.
Physical Appearance[]
Penelope's mother looks similar to her daughter, except that her fur is a different tone of beige, she has black pupils instead of blue, as well as a beehive hairdo, similar to Mona. In contrast to her daughter, she lacks lipstick, a beauty mark on her cheek, and visible ears. She has a bulkier and bipedal physique compared to her daughter, and she is also one of the few cats in the cartoon to have visible eyebrows. As for attire, Penelope's mother dresses in a two-tone green dress with short sleeves with matching shoes. Her outfit is supplemented by blue jewelry composed of round earrings and a necklace.
Personality[]
She despises her son-in-law because he is unfit and lacks a job that pays enough to support the entire family.
On the other hand, she does care about Penelope and her other family members, since she devises a plan to make Garfield a better source of income for them.
