Paxton is grumpy parrot who was only seen in the episode Parrot Blues.

Paxton always looked on the bad side of things until he saw Odie who licked him. Paxton said he had never had someone show a sign of affection towards him before. He later on hosted a TV show that talked about how to be happy.
