
Pat Fraley (born February 18, 1949) is an American voice actor and voice teacher.
Fraley is best known for his numerous roles in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, including Krang, Baxter Stockman, Burne Thompson, Casey Jones, and Slash. He also substituted for Tim Allen as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in various video games, merchandise, and attractions.
Fraley's other known character roles are Ace, Airtight, and Wild Weasel from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Slick from The Littles, Buddy Blue and Lurky from Rainbow Brite, Glo Worm from My Little Pony and Friends, the title character of Bravestarr, Cousin Itt from the 1992 version of The Addams Family, Pyro from X-Men: Pryde of the X-Men, Daisy from Blondie and Dagwood in the 1980s, the title character of Denver, The Last Dinosaur, Wildcat from Talespin, Marshall Moo Montana from Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa, several characters from The Tick, Bob and the Worm Guys from Men in Black: The Animated Series, Master Wade from Dragon Age: Origins, and Beta Ray Bill from The Super Hero Squad Show.
