P. Dempsey Weevil (voiced by Neil Ross) is a con artist who pretended to be a police officer, a bailiff, a judge, and then a lawyer in an attempt to scam Jon. He first accused Jon of speeding as a police officer by claiming he was going 25mph over a fake speed limit he put up that is too small to read 8mph. Garfield knew what he was up to and tried to pursue Jon to escape. On the way, Weevil caught him and tried to take him back to his location, where he calls his own jail cell. Garfield managed to attract the real police officers to find Weevil, who was subsequently arrested and Jon was set free.
