Mr. Fluster is a security agent who advises Jon after their house is robbed, except for the TV. Jon buys a security system on Mr. Fluster's advice. When they return home, they find Mr. Fluster installed the system but forgot to give them the password (likely due to the fact that he does not know the password himself). This mistake locks Jon, Garfield, and Odie out. This leads to an encounter with a broken robot and Mr. Fluster struggling with the system. After the system aids in catching the thief, a new problem arises when the system is downgraded. Jon accidentally activates it, trapping himself and Mr. Fluster while Garfield and Odie watch television. Despite Jon's pleas, Mr. Fluster still refuses to give him the password to deactivate the system, much to Jon's dismay.
