Momma (voiced by June Foray) is the owner of "Momma's Pizzeria". Apart from her cooking skills, she has the ability to read palms and paws to predict the future, as she did to Penelope Pussycat in The Third Penelope Episode.
Physical Appearance[]
A plump Caucasian woman, who dresses in a set composed of purple shirt and dark blue skirt with black shoes. She wears a golden bracelet and her right arm and round earrings (golden in The Second Penelope Episode replaced with blue ones in The Third Penelope Episode). A white apron supplements Momma's outfit.
Personality[]
Momma's name reflects her personality - she is caring towards customers and co-workers. Penelope lives quite well inside the pizzeria.
