Love on a Leash is an unproduced musical based on Garfield from 1984. It was considered by the New York Shakespeare Festival.
The music and lyrics to the songs were composed by Desirée Goyette and Ed Bogas. Jim Davis wrote the libretto.
A single-sided demo cassette is available at the New York Public Library, containing the songs "Freedom", "Up On a Fence", "Be Mine", and "Make the First Move".
