1970s[]
Girl Scout[]
The Girl Scout appeared on the 31st of July, 1978. While walking along the sidewalk, she was scared by Garfield. She wears a brown hat, a brown shirt, and a green sash with multiple badges placed on.
1980s[]
Frank[]
Frank appeared on the 23rd of January, 1980. After Jon Arbuckle introduces Frank to Garfield, the latter attacks Frank, claiming that "some people rub him the wrong way". A similar looking man returns as a waiter in 1981.
Fluffy[]
Fluffy appeared on the 26th of January, 1981. He is first seen when Garfield turns around in his pound cell. He is the assistant of Guido and was left by his owner because of his inability to be housebroken.
