Lieutenant Washington is the lieutenant of the police force in Garfield's Babes and Bullets.
Physical appearance[]
Lieutenant Washington is shown to be a short man (about as short as Garfield). He is seen wearing a fedora, a black suit with a white undershirt and a black tie. He is also shown to have combed hair.
Personality[]
Lieutenant Washington is known to have a bit of a rivalry and hatred with Sam Spayed as they each give each other a bit of a banter when Sam goes to the morgue to see the corner. Despite this, Lieutenant Washington is shown to be on the same side of the law with Sam when he put away Mr. O'Tabby's murderer.
Role[]
Garfield's Babes and Bullets[]
He first appeared outside The city coroner's building where both him and Sam Spayed shared a few funny but cruel banters as he repiled that he still investagating Sam's detective licence as Sam heads to see the body of Professor O'Tabby, with him leaving as Sam finish his banter with him making fun of his voice.
Later in court after Sam discovered that Professor O'Felix was the one who killed O'Tabby, Lieutenant Washington was seen with a smile after place the cuffs on him.
