Plot[]

This episode starts off with a recap of a previous episode. Then, Vito asks his mom why she is living with his cousin. His mom explains that Nunzio used to be dishonest, but he’s changed. Angelica and Jon agree with Vito’s mom, but Vito denies it by saying that human beings do change, but not Nunzio. Nunzio then decides to have everyone go inside the house so he can discuss this matter with them.

Meanwhile, Eddie tells Garfield and Odie that he is going to do another live broadcast telling the whole world about the lasagna tree and that Garfield is going to be on it. Jealous, Odie asks Garfield why Eddie wants him on his show.

Above Garfield and Odie, Mama Meany’s henchmen spot the tree from their helicopter. Grover, peeking through his binoculars, instructs Louie to fly them back to Mama Meany’s plant and pick up a truck. Louie says that they’re going to steal it and Mama’s plant will figure out a way to clone it. As he turns the chopper away, he starts to say that Mama Meany will figure out a way to put every other Italian restaurant, but he is cut off by Grover who tells him to shut up, with Louie responding that he is shutting up.

Meanwhile, near the lasagna tree, Eddie returns with a device which is a cameraman. He explains what it does to Garfield and Odie. After that, he gets the machine working and the satellites start picking up the broadcast. Eddie then starts the news with Mama Meany watching. He shows the world the Lasagna Tree. Garfield rudely responds with hurry up and that the tree is getting stale. Eddie introduces Garfield to his broadcast. Eddie asks if Garfield has a chance to taste the lasagna in the tree and he nods. Eddie then asks Garfield to give his opinion on whether this is the best lasagna he’s ever had. Garfield again, nods. Eddie ends the news telling Garfield that it is the best. Next, he breaks into song.
