Synopsis[]
There isn't a soul at Vito's! Not one customer! Not even one shadow of a customer! Ever since the opening of Mama Meany restaurants, Vito's has been drawing closer and closer to bankruptcy. The key to Mama Meany's success story? A lasagna-tree! What a scoop! Live from Italy, Eddie Gourmand breaks the news on TV. Garfield is in ecstasy. What? Jon doesn't want to go to Italy? Oh no! Garfield is feeling so low! But Angelica, Vito's girlfriend, is ringing at the door: Jon, help! Please! Vito is in great danger! And off they fly to Italy, Mama Meaney is on the same flight! and Garfield and Jon rush to find Vito. Welcome to Mama Cappelletti! She's Vito's mum. This lasagna-tree is a family business and absolute heaven for our orange cat: dozing off in its foliage, enjoying its pasta mmm yummy. An ever so happy TV hero, Eddie Gourmand does one live report after the other. Garfield and Odie trapped into Mama Meaney's factory! When Mama Meaney hears that the delightful lasagna have simply been stapled onto the tree, he decides to trade our two friends for Mama Cappelletti's recipe. Here you are! Take it! Release them!
