King Parma (voiced by Wally Wingert) was the former ruler of the Space Lasagna of the planet Parma.
Physical description[]
Similar to his people, he has the body of normal lasagna, with his legs and arms made out of pasta.
He is the tallest of the Space Lasagna, due to his body consisting of vast lasagna layers.
He has herbs on each side of his body, a beard of smaller herbs and a large gold crown at the very top of his head.
Personality[]
He hates Garfield for eating lasagna that resembles their own kind. He has made attempts to conquer the Earth and eliminate the orange tabby, which always backfire on him.
After Garfield arrived on their planet, King Parma begged to be spared and Garfield shook hands with him so hard, that he went up high into the sky, never to be seen again. Spumoni then took his place.
A recurring gag with him is that after he is defeated, he breaks the fourth wall by noting that he will return in another episode.
