Freddy Frog
Freddy Frog (voiced by Tim Conway) is the guardian of the "Funny Water" pond. He's an elderly frog dresses like an Asian wise man. He claims that in his youth, he was the first funny frog, in fact the first funny anything. He assists Garfield in trying to be funny again, accomplishing this by giving him access to the water in his pond. But he eventually reveals to Garfield that the "Funny Water" is just ordinary water, meaning that Garfield's funniness was really inside of him the whole time that the whole journey is really teaching him to be more honest and humble.
