Overview

The Fox is a minor recurring antagonist of U.S. Acres. He frequently attempts to capture and cook Sheldon, but he is often foiled by the U.S. Acres gang.

Physical appearance[]

The Fox is portrayed as a large canine covered with orange fur with a contrasting light brown face. He has two cartoonish eyes with white sclera and black pupils, a very long muzzle with a big black nose, as well as a very thin body with a light brown colored stomach. He has black hands and black feet with three toes, as well as a large tail with a black hue at the end. During his cameo in Badtime Story, he is seen wearing a pair of glasses, and a blue shirt with a big red C on it. In "Hare Force" during Orson's story, he has orange hands and feet instead of black hands and feet. During Booker's story, he wears a yellow and red space suit, as well as a space helmet.

Personality[]

The Fox is sneaky and clever, frequently attempting to catch his prey. He does not give up easily and normally uses tricky ways to get what he wants. Despite his sly nature, he can be easily duped and outsmarted by the gang, often leading to his comical defeat.

Role[]

Shell Shocked Sheldon[]

The Fox sneaks into the hen house to steal chickens but reluctantly takes Sheldon, the egg, when he finds it empty. He interrupts Roy and Wade's argument as he leaves with Sheldon. The gang, led by Orson as his superhero alter-ego Power Pig, tracks the Fox to the woods. The Fox laughs at Orson's Power Pig persona, dropping Sheldon, who is then rescued by Orson. After hatching, Sheldon is caught again by the Fox but uses his legs to throw the Fox away, saving himself.

Origin of Power Pig[]

He makes a cameo during Orson's song. He chases Sheldon, attempting to eat him, but he gets defeated by Orson's alter-ego, Power Pig.

Little Red Riding Egg[]

The Fox, sneaking around the farm, attempts to snatch Sheldon during the filming of Orson's movie adaptation of Little Red Riding Hood. He later sneaks into Roy’s trailer and binds and gags him, taking his place in the scene at Grandma’s house. When Wade mistakes the Fox for Roy, the real Roy bounces in, still bound and gagged, to warn Wade. The Fox captures Sheldon, but Bo intervenes, setting up a car chase scene and replacing Sheldon with a football as a stunt egg. The Fox's car is pushed down a hill and off the farm.

Badtime Story[]

During the story of Chicken Licken, when Wade goes into a long stream of characters all with names that rhyme to almost no end, the Fox makes a cameo appearance, along with other characters.

Hare Force[]

During the stories, the Fox serves as the race official. He starts the race with a flare pistol, marks the finish line, and ensures fair play. At the end, he witnesses the U.S. Acres rocket winning the race and adjusts the victory flag accordingly.
