Floyd (voiced by Gregg Berger) is Garfield's mouse friend from Garfield and Friends. He is a mouse who shows up at least once every season. A common running gag with the character is his continuous complaints over not appearing often in the show.

He was originally an antagonist to Garfield, as he invited mice to stay at the house in his first appearance, "Good Mousekeeping". He was then a friend to Garfield starting with "Identity Crisis". Whenever another mouse comes to Jon's house in an episode, Floyd will reassure them that Garfield is harmless to mice, and lets the mice do whatever they want.

He has a wife named April.
