Synopsis[]
Nermal becomes the director of a western movie that involves a gold robbery. Nermal has trouble finding an interesting idea for the movie, while Garfield gets into an eating competition with Bruno. After Nermal gets a call from the head of the studio who thinks the film needs something. Garfield and Bruno face off in an eating contest but after Bruno loses, he gets into a fight with Garfield. After Garfield defeats Bruno, he is invited to Miss Kitty's room. Nermal adds in The Sloth People, Eddie Gourmand and the Ninjas. Garfield saves Arlene from the runaway stage coach but Dr. Whipple uses this as an advantage to fire Jon, Garfield and Odie. Nermal adds himself into his film. Miss Kitty exposes Dr. Whipple's plan to Garfield, Odie and Jon. They are accompanied by Rupert and Nermal to Glitter Gulch. Garfield, Dr. Whipple and the others discover what is guarding the gold.
