Mr. Frump

Mr. Frump (voiced by Neil Ross) is the executive of Frump's Fine Clothing.

Frump expected Jon Arbuckle, then a disc jockey, to handle the commercial for his company seriously. When Jon ends up making the commercial ridiculous, Frump is displeased, leading to the end of Jon's new career.
