Elmo and Ferd are two criminal mice and the main antagonists of the Garfield and Friends episode "Trial & Error". They stole Garfield's blueberry pie and framed Odie for it. Nermal overheard of what they were talking about when they framed Odie. Nermal told Odie about the situation, and Odie started chasing after them through the cupboards for framing him for the pie theft he did not commit. They eventually exhausted each other. When Elmo and Ferd stuck their tongues out, they revealed blueberry stains on them, which proved that Odie is innocent and they are the real pie thieves. They were sentenced to five days in a coffee can for their crime.
