Dr. Puzzle (voiced by Gregg Berger) is a cyborg scientist supervillain and the main antagonist in the episode, "The Great Trade-Off." His archenemy is Secret Agent 00 Nothing. Most of his body is robotic with some puzzle piece patterns on him. He created a device that switches personalities, which shows to his fellow supervillain scientists, including Nathan.
