Corey Burton

Corey Burton (born August 3rd, 1955) is an American voice actor.

Among Burton's best known roles are Spike Witwicky, Brawn, and Shockwave from The Transformers and Transformers Animated, Brainiac from the DC animated universe, Count Dooku and other characters from both Star Wars: Clone Wars, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and modern portrayals of Walt Disney and Jay Ward characters originally voiced by Paul Frees and Hans Conried, including Ludwig Von Drake and Captain Hook.

Burton's other credentials include G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Disney's Gummi Bears, Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers, James Bond Jr., Timon & Pumbaa, HerculesToy Story 2, Mike, Lu & Og, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Princess Mononoke, The Boondocks, Korgoth of Barbaria, Phineas and FerbBatman: The Brave and the Bold, The Secret Saturdays, G.I. Joe: Renegades, Sym-Bionic Titan, the 2011 reboot of Thundercats, Black Dynamite, Ben 10 Omniverse, Gravity Falls, Goodnight Mr. Foot, Wander Over Yonder, Avengers Assemble, Star Wars Rebels, and Future-Worm!

In video games, Burton has voiced Yen Sid and other characters in the Kingdom Hearts and Epic Mickey franchises, Tromell Guado in Final Fantasy X and X-2, Dr. N. Gin and Dr. Nefarious Tropy in some of the Crash Bandicoot games, multipe characters in Everquest II, Volteer in The Legend of Spyro series, Zeus in the God of War series and Hugo Strange in the Batman: Arkham series.

Burton is also an announcer for Old Navy commercials, and handles several voices on the radio series Adventures in Odyssey.
