Cody is a dog who appears in the U.S. Acres comic strip. He usually chases the other barnyard animals and attempts to maul them. Blue keeps Cody from getting into mischief or saying stupid things. His first comic appearance was on November 30, 1987. His last appearance was on September 13, 1988.

Cody is a black and white puppy with a red tongue and black dots for eyes.
Personality[]
Cody is very enthusiastic and is always full of energy, but he is not so bright. Cody often attempts to maul the other animals (mostly the birds), but not Lanolin, since she often scares him. He is also very gullible, as he believed Sheldon when he said he was a rock (to avoid getting mauled).
Trivia[]
- Blue and Cody are the only U.S. Acres characters not to make any animated appearances.
- Cody, along with Blue, Booker, Orson, and Roy (or at least some animals resembling them) made a cameo in a later Garfield comic strip on April 22 2001. For some reason his fur is purple instead of white.
- On July 8th 2016, Cody (along with other members of the U.S Acres cast, including two scrapped characters) made another appearance in the Garfield comic strip title art.
