Chris Phillips (born February 26, 1958) is an American voice actor, songwriter, singer and producer.
Phillips' voiceover roles include Roger M. Klotz (originally played by Billy West) and other characters in Disney's Doug, the Professor and Grumper in Felix the Cat: The Movie, Ernest Otter in PB&J Otter, Doug the Firefighter in Osmosis Jones, Mr. Grouper's singing voice and Clam in Bubble Guppies, various characters in Team Umizoomi, Marty Chonks and El Burro in Grand Theft Auto III, Alex Balder, Mercenary and Killer Suit in Max Payne and Crowley in Alone in the Dark.
Phillips was the announcer for numerous Nickelodeon promos and bumpers, as well as the voice of Face for the Nick Jr. block. He has also been an announcer in commercials for Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, Honey Nut Cheerios, eBay, Rolaids, Arby's, Cocoa Puffs, Miller Lite, Lucky Charms, FedEx and Pepto-Bismol, among others.
