Francis Dayle "Chick" Hearn (November 27, 1916 – August 5, 2002) was an American announcer, best known as a sportscaster.

- When Hearn appeared on Garfield and Friends, he "was not altogether delighted to be there and he was utterly baffled by the words we expected him to read". It also became evident that he "could not talk half as rapidly reading from a script as he could, ad-libbing it all while watching a game".[1]
