Bonnie Bear (voiced by Jennifer Darling) is Billy Bear's wife. She is one of the three judges at Fun Fest with Betty and Bonita Stegman. She takes her duty of judge real seriously and does not take any bribes, especially from her own husband, Billy, believing that he should earn her vote fair and square.
