Bob Bemiller (April 4, 1915-January 12, 1999) was an animator.

Bemiller began his career with the 1939 Fleischer Studios shorts Yip Yip Yippy and The Fresh Vegetable Mystery. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, he animated for Crusader Rabbit, Calvin and the Colonel, and The Funny Company, as well as directing Popeye the Sailor.

With Depatie-Freleng Enterprises, Bemiller did several Pink Panther features, among others. He was also employed at Hanna-Barbera, Disney, Ralph Bakshi, and Warner Bros. Throughout the 1980s, he was involved with series such as Pac-Man, My Little Pony, The Smurfs, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, The Real Ghostbusters, and The Transformers.
