Bo Sheep is one of the main characters of the U.S. Acres strip.
Physical appearance[]
Bo is a fluffy, white sheep with visible ears. He has two big cartoonish eyes with white sclera and black pupils, two large ears with pink borders and white insides, as well as a large pink muzzle with a small nose. He also has a plump body, short legs, and big pink two-toed hooves.
Personality[]
Bo's personality in the strip and in the cartoons are vastly different from each other.
In the comics, he was depicted as being highly unintelligent, cheerful, and quite an optimist. He loved everyone on the farm and enjoyed giving them hugs. Troubles never ruined his day due to him being too scatterbrained to notice.
In Garfield and Friends, he was portrayed as a surfer-dude with a Southern Californian accent and he uses slang in just about all his sentences, was particularly bright and always cool, collected, and dependable. He retains some of his dimness in a few episodes (such as cooking spaghetti one noodle at a time or microwaving a single pea). He speaks with a stereotypical Southern Californian accent.
His sister Lanolin often disagrees with him, since she is always mean to him and sometimes finds it difficult to get along with her. They usually make up in the end and love each other just the same.
Bo is laid back and chill, to the point where Orson’s brothers are unable to bother him. The only thing they could do to truly upset Bo was have him witness Orson and Wade getting bullied. He then stopped them by tricking them into a game of tug-of-war, which resulted in them getting pulled away by a bus to the next county.

Trivia[]
- In the cartoon, out of the three main adult male characters, Orson gets along with Bo the most. Unlike Roy and Wade, Bo does not upset Orson.
- In the comic strip, Bo appeared after Booker and Sheldon hatched (partially in Sheldon's case). In the cartoon, he was around before the two chicks came around.
- Due to his personality being different from the comics, Bo often uses surfer slang such as "Like" and "Man" in Garfield and Friends. Similarly, he often refers to Lanolin as "Sis" in the series.
- He is the last main character to be introduced into the comic.
- Some of the later strips portrayed Bo with his surfer dude accent from Garfield and Friends.
- In the earlier U.S. Acres comics, he does not have his Surfer-Dude accent like he has in Garfield and friends.
