Bill Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor and comedian.
He is best known as the modern voice of Disney characters such as Goofy, Pluto, and Horace Horsecollar. He also had stints in Looney Tunes (as Foghorn Leghorn (shared with Greg Burson), Sylvester, and Yosemite Sam in the film Space Jam), Sam and Max (as Sam and others in the computer game Sam & Max Hit the Road), and Secret Squirrel (as the title character in Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law).
In Disney's Beauty and the Beast, he vocalized Gaston eating eggs. More recently, he has voiced Doc in The 7D and Hopediah "Hop Pop" Plantar in Amphibia.
