Beach Boogie (Original French episode name: Coquillages et Crustacés) is the nineteenth episode of Garfield Originals.
Synopsis[]
Five scenarios involving Garfield trying to nap at the beach.
Plot[]
The first scenario has Garfield lying on his stomach at a beach towel and repeatedly woken up by Odie jumping onto him while chasing after a beach ball. Garfield gets up and catches the ball, but then he gets jumped on Odie again and buried into the ground with his beach towel as Odie continues chasing after the ball.
In the second scenario, Garfield has Odie use his tongue to flip him over. Once Odie leaves, Garfield is annoyed by a cloud blocking out the sun. Garfield summons Odie and has him eat the cloud.
The third scenario has Odie sneaking up behind Garfield and backing away when Garfield turns around. Garfield gets up after feeling Odie's slobber dripping upon his head and looks up to see Odie sitting in a palm tree. Garfield grabs Odie by the tongue to fling him in the sky, only to get hit by the palm tree and for Odie to land on him.
The fourth scenario depicts Garfield getting pinched by a crab and chased by several more crabs. After the crabs pile upon Garfield, Odie shows up and Garfield gestures the crabs to go chase Odie instead while he gets back to napping.
The final scenario shows Garfield brushing away several crabs that approach him, then realizing that he is actually on top of a giant crab that has started scuttling away.
