Agent Kolak (voiced by Paul Winchell) is an extraterrestrial whose appearance is similar to that of a ventriloquist dummy. He arrived on Earth with a plot to enslave mankind for his race of dummy-like aliens. He teleported into a toy shop, where he was purchased by Jon, who was looking for a dummy.
Due to his appearance, Kolak was able to fool Jon into thinking that he was a real dummy, with only Garfield noticing his true nature. He was almost successful in the attempt, until Garfield scared him off with termites, which resulted in him returning to his home planet and calling off the invasion.
