My vote is to demote TeeJay87.

Despite TeeJay87's claim to have changed since 2021, having been there when it happened, I can't readily admit that I'm convinced, or that TeeJay87's evidence has been strong enough to swing my opinion.

From his evidence, I'll admit that there have been times where he appears to have handled things accordingly, such as in the case of users like Salvador.lanuza on the Krypto wiki, or Roger Blake or Matty Zinzan on the Tom & Jerry wiki.

However, these feel like minor inconveniences, rather than argumentation. The evidence for change has often times only been singular messages by obvious trolls, or by confused or curious users. Some evidence down below was provided by TeeJay87 in private as evidence for change; However, I find they counter that argument, or they're futile in proving anything.

The next cluster appear to me the same person, and so, counts for one piece of evidence. To quote TeeJay87 towards these specific evidence pieces, '2021 me would lower to the perpetrator level'. However, every single one is complete gibberish, so much so that react angrily over it would be comedic (Disclaimer: Non-admins are unfortunately unable to see the four links below).

However, to get to the meat and potatoes: The main reason for why this vote has commenced, and why I am indeed voting for demotion, solely lies on behind-the-scenes behaviour. It's easy to forget that administrators themselves still have to interact with one another in private, and what might appear as a meaningful pact on the outside, may be broken on the inside. This was in fact the very reason as to why I and former administrator, LS031, agreed with Bonzo Wag's post back in 2021.

A quote such as, 'You're acting worse than my ex-girlfriend who had PMS' is not 'human error', as TeeJay87 argued to me. Rather, allowing such a remark to slip in a rageful state is innate to that person as an individual, not to human beings as a species. In fact, TeeJay87 went on in the private server, to detail every single message that EllaStrudel had made to him, and why each and every single one was incorrect. Familiar signs such as fear of being labeled a Nazi, or accusing anyone against him as 'Hamas fanboys' is no different from what TeeJay87 would've said in 2021.

One other issue worth noting is that when in polls, TeeJay87 has readily admited to collusion between his friends and him. Now, for their benefit, I shan't name these users as they do not deserve persecution. TeeJay87 has also admitted in private to having pushed forward the promotion of fellow administrator, Kbintiald, not because of the benefits it might bring to the website, but to ensure that his position would be bolstered in voting matters. If he were so sure of his position as a 'good admin', he wouldn't have resorted to backhanded deals.

Now, almost every reason I've brought up, has been in response to private existence. While I am aware FANDOM dislikes any thought that platforms other than itself may exist, it cannot be denied that individuals bring conflicts from the platform to platform. However, administrators should have the right to practice their wiki how they see fit, and if issues about the wiki lie privately, that should not be any deterrent towards the wiki.

Tom, this decision has not been out of malice. And if you find personal issues are plaguing you outside from the computer screen, I recommend you focus on solving that stress instead of worrying about an administrator position.

To be honest, when I first joined the wiki, I didn't see TeeJay87 as much of a problem. I was aware that he had a troubled past, but during our initial interactions he seemed reasonable enough, and I was willing to take him at his word about changing. Looking back, I realize that almost everything he told me during this time was false or misleading, but even so his behavior then didn't seem all that bad. However, in recent weeks two things have changed my view.

First, I've had the chance to talk to Cooljoe01, who has a lot of previous experience with TeeJay87 from his previous stints as admin. He has explained more about TeeJay87's history, which has given me a fuller and more accurate picture of the situation. Knowing what I know now, I would not have supported his promotion to bureaucrat in September.

The second and most important thing that has changed my view is the behavior of TeeJay87 himself. As has been pointed out in great detail by Cooljoe01 above, TeeJay87 has in recent days reverted to the full depths of his previous behavior. Between showing an obsessive nature when dealing with users he doesn't like, starting arguments over petty and nonsensical grudges, and engaging in appalling personal attacks, it is clear that TeeJay87 has not changed.

His conduct towards me, which was also mentioned by Cooljoe01, proves this beyond doubt. To repeat what I said here, when I tried to talk to him about the Abdullahi95 situation on Discord, he escalated the discussion into a full-on argument, complete with blocking me. Among other things, he claimed I could not understand his way of handling conflicts because I am female, a native English speaker, and not from Europe. The most troubling part, however, was some bizarre yet truly disgusting sexist remarks he made to and about me as a result. These can be seen below:

As if that wasn't bad enough, he then proceeded to send me a long-winded spiel of attacks shortly afterwards on the Garfield Wiki admin Discord server, every word dripping with barely-concealed rage:

Furthermore, TeeJay87 is not above manipulating administrative matters and using dishonest tactics to get his way. As Cooljoe01 mentioned, TeeJay87 has privately admitted to "pushing" Kbinitald's promotion to admin for the sole purpose of outvoting LS032 and influencing his own promotion vote, even going so far as to write the request for it himself, as seen here:

As should be obvious by now, even if his public face is more restrained, in private he is the same bitter and toxic personality as ever, and simply cannot be allowed to continue as an administrator and bureaucrat. Therefore, I support demoting TeeJay87 from both positions.

Okay, I've been thinking about this situation for a long time....

I've never really looked at what anyone said, and just brushed it off as something said by a troll.

I feel like it's important to acknowledge what "Bonzo Wag", "PizzaGravy", and "LS031/LS032" have said, rather than ignoring them and labeling them as "trolls", and therefore completely disregard what they said.

1: I feel like people haven't actually read the messages sent by users opposing TeeJay87, so for those of you who haven't and refuse to go back and read them, I'll paraphrase their messages.

Specifically "Bonzo Wag", "PizzaGravy", and "LS032". The three users that have pointed out why TeeJay87 is not responsible enough for this position.

So, I'm sure most of you know "LS031/LS032", and his infamous sockpuppetry campaign back in 2018. That's a story for another day, right now we're focusing on TeeJay87.

Now, for this first part that I'm discussing take it with a grain of salt, I can't find the exact details. However, I do have more things to discuss down below:

Supposedly, LS032 was the target of personal attacks from Tom, just this part January (2023, before he was re-promoted). Tom supposedly went to "impeach" LS032 and have FANDOM remove him as an Administrator. Now, once again I can't find the exact details so take this part with a grain of salt.

This part's more interesting:

For those unaware, Kbinithald is an Administrator on the Garfield Wiki. They have not made any actual edits on articles or anything since June of 2022. However, they're always defending TeeJay87 whenever a problem occurs, they're sort of Tom's puppet in a way. Now, I don't have anything against Kbinithald/Keichan however I feel like this is interesting to point out.

"PizzaGravy" has pointed out some "questionable" things about TeeJay87's artwork. Personally, I'm not one to criticize art in terms of Design, Style, etc. However, anyone can criticize what's depicted in Artworks.

Although, here's something more interesting:

From 2015 until 2018, it seems Tom harassed someone called "Abdullahi95", who had expressed negative comments about Tom's favourite characters, specifically "Penelope Pussycat". Now, Abdullahi95 is also a Muslim. So, in response to this: Tom spent roughly three years attacking Abdullahi95, at pretty much every opportunity possible. This included blatantly offensive and Islamaphobic comments.

However, that's not everything. FANDOM Staff have intervened several times and deleted several pieces of Tom's "Fanart", that had been specifically made to attack other users, several were directed at Abdullahi95.

This incident occured in September 2018, however Tom continued to attack users through his artwork, leading to another warning only two months later. Finally, he stopped posting those images on the Wiki, but continued to post them on Fanart central for about three years. However, if you confront him, he'll use the excuse it's "Satire".

Now, instead of paraphrasing everything that happened between 2021 and 2023, let's discuss of Tom's changed or not.

2: Has TeeJay87 changed since November 2021!?

Instead of telling you if he's changed or not at the very end of this section, I'll tell you now: No.

Now, I'll admit he has slightly improved at handling things since November of 2021. Now, if I say my opinion, it's pretty much what Josh stated above in the first part of his statement.

Let's cut to the chase: In November of 2021, he drew a troll on this Wiki depicted as a Nazi, and recently he has resorted to labeling people who criticize him or his position on this Wiki as "Hamas fanboys". Now, I would elaborate even more however I've been writing this for almost one hour, and honestly for this part you can just read Josh's statement at this point.

So, with all this in mind. It's pretty clear that: TeeJay87 is not fit to be a Bureaucrat on this Wiki. Therefore, I agree to demote TeeJay87.
