Why are you making a poll for this? It's a simple yes or no answer that's already been answered multiple times, and is covered in the Nermal article.

Nermal is a male. But when I was young, I thought Nermal was of the eyelashes and being voiced by a woman on Garfield and Friends. In the 2000's, 2010's and also this decade, they gave Nermal a more masculine voice voiced by a male voice actor, probably to ended this confusion to let everybody knows that Nermal is a boy, not a girl.
