The point of a re-election is to see who will return to the position or not.
This isn't re-election exactly. Like EllaStrudel said this isn't how admin's are brought in. As I said this is just to see how they're doing popularity wise.
Fandom has a system to demote admins if the community votes to do so, so actually EllaStrudel was wrong.
